Orders and reservations

We are pleased to inform you that, in order to enhance your shopping experience, we have implemented new purchasing options for our artisanal product range. You now have the choice to either purchase these products immediately or reserve them for a later date.

Handmade products available for immediate purchase are showcased in the Catalog of embroidered bags. Stock is updated regularly, and shipping will be arranged at the earliest convenience.

Handmade products featured in the Catalog of embroidered bags (other products are not affected*), whether in stock or out of stock,
will be created for you upon request.
Reservation requires signing up for one of the waiting lists below. A limited number of creations can be made each month, due to the nature of the product. Sewing and embroidery require time, care, and attention to detail, factors we neither can nor wish to rush or compromise.
In order to avoid disappointment due to long production times, a source of anxiety when making online purchases, we have implemented
waiting lists by month. Products are created in the order of sign-up. Simply provide your email address on the waiting list designated for the month you intend to make your purchase, and we will contact you promptly to organize the production of your desired products. Months without availability will be indicated as such. Signing up does not commit you to making a purchase or require any deposit.

This new option allows you to plan your purchases with ease, ensuring the availability of desired items even during periods of high demand. We also understand what the pricing of our products entails and aim to provide a solution that allows you to plan, reserve, and pay for your purchase without constantly monitoring stock levels. For those owning a PayPal account, installment payments with no additional fees may be offered.

*Standard range products, not labeled "Handmade", are not subject to reservation and can be ordered at any time. For these products,
production time is 3 to 5 days, with delivery taking approximately 2 weeks. Products may arrive in separate parcels.
