Purpose of Personal Data Usage

User data is used for the following purposes:

The legal basis justifying the processing of the data is the consent of the User, granted during navigation on the Site and inseparable from the order validation. If the User refuses the processing of optional cookies, only cookies strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site will be used. If the User wishes to place an order on the site, the collection of personal data is mandatory in order to fulfill the contract.

Advertising Solicitation

Retention Period of Personal Data

Contracts are kept for a period of 10 years from the conclusion of the contract for archival purposes, in accordance with Article L. 134-2 of the Code de la Consommation. This obligation aims to ensure the traceability and preservation of contractual information for potential future disputes or claims.

User's Right to File a Complaint with the Data Protection Authority

Before contacting a mediator, the customer must attempt to resolve any dispute or conflict by engaging in prior discussions with the seller, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale. This step is required before filing a case with a competent mediator.
